Myomo Aims for NYSE Listing with $15M Offering

Cambridge, Mass.-based medical robotics company Myomo is seeking to become the first issuer to be listed on the NYSE MKT if it is successful in raising $15 million through a Tier 2 Regulation A offering. The 11-year-old company launched its offering in mid-March, selling shares priced at $7.50 with a pre-money valuation of $35 million.

A California-based entertainment studio startup has passed the minimum capital raise it set for its Regulation A offering in just a few weeks. Legion M Entertainment, using the Wefunder platform to market the offer, has raised $793,164 through 1,321 investors as of April 6.
