Six Weeks Late, BrewDog Files 1-K, Risking $50M Offering

BrewDog USA, the upstart American subsidiary of British pub operator and crowdfunding phenomenon BrewDog PLC, hastily filed its first annual report on Wednesday, six weeks late and three days after Growth Capitalist began asking BrewDog officials why the company was continuing to promote its offering and sell securities while delinquent in its required financial reporting.

Crowdfunding Trade Groups Prepare to Merge
