The move to McDermott’s Corporate Advisory Practice Group was announced Tuesday, Feb. 2. The firm said that Emmanuel’s skills and knowledge of sectors including life sciences and biotech make him an “excellent complement” to its healthcare deal team. McDermott also said that Emmanuel’s experience advising Israeli companies could help bring deal flow to the firm.
