Melmed Invests $2M in ULURU

ULURU Inc. (ULUR) announced that it has raised $2 million in a Common Stock transaction with  investor Melmed Holding AG. The common stock was sold at $0.40 per share, an approximate 100% premium to the market price ($0.20) of ULUR at deal announcement. A series of 3,000,000 12-Month Warrants with an exercise price of $0.60 per share (200% premium) was issued to the investors in this transaction. The Placement Agent was not disclosed. This Placement is a part of a strategic alliance between the Company and the Investor.

S&W Seed Co. (SANW) announced that it has raised $3.51 million in a Common Stock transaction. The common stock was sold at $5.85 per share, an approximate 3% discount to the market price ($6.05) of SANW at deal announcement. The transaction was completed without an agent and it closed on Sept. 24, 2012.
