CTD Holdings, Inc. (CTDH) announced that it has raised $1,000,000 in a Common Stock transaction. The common stock was sold at $0.25 per share, an approximate 46% discount to the market price ($0.47) of CTDH at deal announcement. Scarsdale Equities, LLC acted as Financial Advisor on the transaction. The investor was Novit L.P.. The transaction closed on April 09, 2014.
